I paid an upgrade for a large room with views of DC. When I arrived, they said that the air conditioning was not yet available and to open a window. I use heat/air with the fan always on as a white noise. Had I known I couldn't have done that, I wouldn't have booked. The room they gave me the wifi didn't work so they put me in a smaller room with no view. One window opened a crack and the other window barely opened. I couldn't get the room cold enough and I sweat overnight. When I checked out, they wouldn't discount my room because they claimed that both rooms were priced identically. The room was clean and everything was in working order. I had high hopes for this place and was gravely disappointed. I won't be back.

SUPER friendly and helpful staff (Michelle, Antonio, Costa). Very clean design and daily condition. Limited in-hotel food and beverage (a problem for folks who have mobility issues like me) though neighborhood has plenty of eateries, a convenience store, coffee shops and a big grocery. Neighborhood is charming, too. All that said, I will return. People make a business, right?

Nice but noisy

I was upgraded. The suite was well equipped except the bathroom only had a shower without a tub. The only big problem was the noise - from both outside (my window overlooked the hotel entrance) and a neighboring room where I could hear people talking until about 4am, which ruined my sleep.

You can see a bit of damaged spots and it is not soundproof but overall, I would say it is a great location that is nearby the station! There is a microwave you can use and a small refrigerator! I had trouble for my room as somehow the TV would not link to the casting, so they ended up giving me a different room. Free water and you can fill up your water bottle also. 20 minutes away from the Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport.

Check in was a breeze. The staff was great and made sure we had everything that we needed. The room was extremely clean I did not have to do any of my own. I would stay again and are already looking to book our next stay.

The hotel is decent - a little old/worn but the room was good and the staff/service nice and helpful. University student neighborhood - quiet,quaint and safe- great vibe. Both classy and cosy restaurants nearby, so you have options. Even a 7/11 a block away. Biggest issue is parking - very limited in the area.

Our stay here was ok. The windows were not very noise proof and we heard the howling wind all night. Also the heating was not great. It would get stuck and get either super hot or super cold. The area was nice though. Close to everything. If not spending a lot of time in the room it is fine.
