Beautiful hotel with great staff. My sister and I stayed there overnight while attending a show. The staff was top tier. Rooms are clean and we felt very safe during our stay. We had issues with the parking, but the hotel staff immediately sprung into action to remedy the issue.

Rooms, property were really clean and maintained well. The only complaint would be the parking situation, Arlo should have a Valet option to avoid any confusion for new guests who are not familiar with the city.

Check in was a bit of a challenge but overall, the hotel was beautiful. The breakfast was good, the customer service from Alex, wonderful. Downfall patrons need to be aware of parking accommodations that the garage closes at 12am.

The room was very clean, the staff were very nice and helpful. They have a restaurant on site the food was good the drinks were even better. 5 min uber ride from the union station. Overall 5 star experience!!

Had issues trying to get a cab to pick me up. Two separate young women who were supposed to provide service fell extremely short. The manager took my concerns after the first issue and offered me a free drink. I didn’t bother to report the second one but I will say this. Customer service means to engage in a meaningful and positive manner with the guest from the start of the transaction until the request is met. I doubt if I will stay there again.
