The property is beautiful and well maintained. Our person (Devone) at the front desk was fantastic. Restaurant food and service was excellent but had different extra charges and tax on the bill each day. Our tv in our room did not work properly and an engineer had to come to our room each evening to fix. But overall I would definitely recommend and would return as well in the future.

The Arlo is always very clean and modern. I even asked really nice for extra fortune cookies and they delivered. They stock your room with fresh water everyday and the hotel staff are all really nice.
