Nice place but could have been better

The house was nice and clean but the description of this listing isnt accurate. It says single family home and entire home to yourself but the owner is secretly staying downstairs. Was completely thrown off guard when i woke up to dogs barking in am. Wasn't worried about my safety but wanted privacy and a place to not feel like i have to tiptoe around considering i was on a small vacation. The backyard was also off limits due to "renovations". If listing was transparent it could help others make a better decision chosing this place

Solid place to stay

Let me start by saying this was a solid place to stay.The Good:- Clean- Good shower pressure and hot water- AC worked great- Kitchen was recently updated- Price was very reasonableThe reasons for taking 1 star off:- The twin beds were weird adjustable medical style beds. I was told they were not comfortable (but did not try them myself)- The listing was for whole house, but someone was saying/living in the "garage". The doors connecting it to the main house were all secured, so I wasn't worried about it, but a dog barking woke me up at 3am because it sounded like it was in the hallway next to my room. It only barked a couple times, so it wasn't a nuisance, but it was very unexpected.I feel bad taking the star off for this, but I feel like a few more details in the listing and I wouldn't have felt surprised by it. Bottom line - I would consider staying here again in the future.

Great Stay!

Amazing stay! Very comfortable and convenient stay. Near local shopping area and Downtown, DC. Very resourceful amenties, appliances etc. Host communication was very prompt and effective. Definitely a highly recommended stay if looking to book in the area. I will definitely be booking this stay again in the near future!
