This newly renovated luxurious apartment is in the heart of the city`s H St. corridor just steps to the hip Union Market neighborhood. The space is comfortably furnished with - 2 queen size beds - 2 Smart TV`s - Ample street parking is available for those traveling with a car (just need to be mindful of stop signs, fire hydrants and the 3 hours for street cleaning Wednesday and Thursdays from April-October). The apartment features - High speed WiFi - Fully controllable heating and air conditioning - Hardwood floors - Beautiful natural sunlight The kitchen is fully equipped with filtered water machine, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, silverware, and pots and pans. The area to be rented is the whole private unit- 2 bed, one bath. The Condo is in a 4 unit building sharing a main entrance, leading to a hallway with 4 private front doors to each unit. This unit is unit 1 on the first floor.

Parking is free street parking which is readily available on both sides of the streets in front of the building as well the surrounding area. NoMa-Gallaudet U is the closest metro station which is approx. just less then a mile away. Washington, DC has one of the safest, cleanest and most efficient transportation systems in the world. Metrorail and Metrobus are the most convenient ways to get around DC, with Metrobus providing connections for locations not serviced by Metrorail. The Walter E.
