Very cute environment with a lot of shared spaces downstairs. Check in is self check in and the app did not work when we tried to check in ahead of time. Bar/ restaurant was very convenient when arriving late and hungry. It is pricey, but good quality. Many amenities you are used to having in your room they will not have. Which is fine, if that was reflected in the price. No in room irons, have to go to a separate room. Only 1 towel for 3 days, per guest. Everything in the room is controlled by an iPad or an app on your phone. iPad had most of the screen not working. App on phone worked but it didn’t allow for much bathroom lighting without lighting up the bed area. Bed is very firm so I had a hard time sleeping. Overall, I found the hotel to be charming and I loved the shared spaces but I could pay the same price for a larger room and more amenities in the same area.

Honestly, I like everything about the property. I love everything about the hotel. This was actually my second day at this branded hotel and they seem to never disappoint. The space in the room is only good for two people, but I believe that if it’s just two people you should be OK.

The hotel was in a great area for walking, restaurants, and shopping. The hotel lobby was modern and clean, and the rooms are microtel sized, but very clean and comfortable.

The property was sufficient for a couple, although the rooms were very small it was comfortable. Some of the guests said breakfast was expensive, but with our booking it was included. Overall we'd use this chain again.

All staff we encountered were extremely courteous and sweet. We got to the hotel after 3am due to a continuously delayed flight. The attendant who met us was gracious, helpful, and patient. We kept apologizing for troubling her, but she just kepy saying, "You're fine, don't worry about it." Everyone else we we asked questions of were just as helpful and sweet. They all went above and beyone for what were clearly "dumb tourists".
