The room is tiny, with a TV at the foot of the bed. The TV had a message that to turn it off, use the iPad or use the citizenM app. There was no iPad so I had to download and configure an app just to turn off the TV and go to bed. There was no hot water at night, and sink water pressure was very low, so it took forever to get to bed. The bed was also hard and uncomfortable.

It was a very functional hotel, but I did miss some basic amenities such as a cup for water, a bottle of water and an iron. I felt safe and the room was clean, but very tiny as advertised. Lack of parking was a drag as the nearby lots close pretty early and street parking is virtually impossible. Staff were very nice and accommodating. Probably would not stay again due to the teeny tiny room- just not my vibe.

The last time I stayed at a CitizensM was in London several years ago, and I was greeted immediately by a sweet fragrance that meets you at the entrance and leads you to your room. I was happy with my stay although the noon checkout I requested instead of 11am was immediately denied and suggested that I opt to pay $80 for a 2pm checkout instead . Thar was disappointing, overall it was a good stay.
