The room was not hypoallergenic as requested. I had a terrible hive outbreak in reaction to the heavy chlorine in the towels and washcloths. Although the rooms were tiny they were fabulous and the restaurant bar was very nice! Nia was the best startender!! Her mixology skills were outstanding! Generally the people at the front weren’t nice or welcoming, they acted as if they were bothered by any questions or requests. I probably would not stay here again

Staff was super nice and welcoming, helped with check in and check out. Enjoyed a great espresso martini at the bar, good vibes. Room was comfortable and had a cool atmosphere with cool special features, I would stay there again

Buffet breakfast is not included, not even coffee. They will charge you 3$ for a watered down Americano! The cleaning service is very poor even the deep cleaning, they basically don't clean and just change towels. Even when you check in, if you're someone who cares about cleanliness, you will be disappointed. I had a very important deadline and needed to work from the hotel and their Wi-Fi was down! Really unreliable.

The staff was courteous and helpful. Parking was a little tricky, but there was an open-air parking location, as the spot hero locations did not allow for exit and entry. The one I selected also did not even open until the following Monday. The rooms are small but clean.

The room was really small. The staff was really nice and everything else I was just more so for what I paid for. I thought that the room would’ve been bigger. Would’ve been a bigger bathroom a bigger space for me and my partner
