The room was very nice and up to date. We were on the second floor though and it is level with the street lights and the shades were transparent so a lot of light came in. Check out instructions were also confusing and not provided and when I left there was no concierge and I couldn’t check out on the app.

Everything needed in an apartment from bedding, to kitchen plates, cups, flatware, to Iron board and iron, and even a blanket in case its needed . Great staff, my go to place the next time I travel to DC. Stay here you will love it and the area!

Freindly staff, good location - close to bus stop, train station, coffee, restaurants, bars. Bad: this is an apartment with some units being operated like a hotel, so, unless you asked, towels won't be replaced, coffees won't be restocked, etc. Some have pets and one next to us had one barking in high pitch, at early, laye hours

It was awesome from beginning to end! Perfect location, inexpensive parking, fabulous customer service with Yannick and the young ladies at the desk! My only "complaint" was the loud and consistent hum of the refrigerator! Ugh. Lol. (And the price tag, but I got what I paid for!)

We had a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit and it was very spacious and clean. The kitchen was a definite perk since we picked up Maryland crabs at the Municipal Fish Market and brought them back to our room to eat. Luckily we were able to get onsite parking although I did pay a little less than $70/night. The man and lady at the desk when we arrived were so pleasant and accommodating offering assistance with the Latch app, etc. I would definitely stay here again.

The bed was horrible, creaky and broken and kept me awake all night because every time I moved it made noise. Then the desk said they couldn’t do anything about the inconvenience.
