This hotel was within walking distance to the East Falls Church metro station, which was great for my family of 4. We were surprised to find that there were no microwaves in the room. Also, the breakfast is a simple paper bag to-go that includes a packaged cinnamon bun stick, packaged muffin, apple juice, and an apple. We stayed 4 nights to tour DC so the breakfast was a bit disappointing. But, the room was clean, and the location and price were definitely worth it.

The property was a 4 star out of 5 for 2 reasons, 1) the continental breakfast was not as advertised and 2) the bathtub drain was very clogged and a backflow of debris came out during my shower which was gross. Everything else was nice.

The shower mat and toilet were in such a bad state that I refused to use them. The AC unit put out a very harsh smell and the bed was noticeably dirty. We did not stay past the first night and were not able to be refunded because we used the first of the 3 nights we had reserved. It was worth it to just lose the money and go somewhere else because of how unsanitary it was.

The walk to the Metro is convenient. The staff is friendly. Parking is easy. The 1st night was very quiet. On the 2nd night, I had a nousy neighbor & the staff moved me to another room without question. Great service!

Convenient safe quiet although staff at the front desk wasn't too friendly except for the young lady who checked us in she was cool & outgoing....continental breakfast is OK. Housekeeping staff real nice & helpful ...Room clean bed comfortable shower is perfect. Will stay again. Would've given 5 ⭐️ due to staff can work on their hospitality & customer service skills.
