With private parking for 2 vehicles, a sun room, and in-unit laundry, Jade Enclave is built for groups who want space, privacy, and the comforts of home without compromise.

The Space
The top floor features two king bedrooms — one with an en-suite bathroom — plus a full bathroom shared between them, ideal for couples or guests who want added privacy. The main floor is the heart of the home, with a full living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, sun room, in-unit laundry, and a convenient half bath. The basement level functions as a fully self-contained suite — a fourth bedroom with a queen bed, a second full living room, a second complete kitchen, and a full bathroom. The basement has its own private entrance directly from the parking pad, making it perfect for guests who want an independent space within the same home.
Total sleeping capacity: 8 guests across 4 bedrooms (king, king, full, queen).

Jade Enclave is situated in the Anacostia neighborhood — one of DC`s most historically rich and underrated destinations. Anacostia is home to the only Smithsonian Museum in the United States located east of the National Mall, the historic home of Frederick Douglass, and Anacostia Park with scenic trails along the river. It`s a neighborhood with genuine DC character that most tourists never discover.
Sports fans will love the location — you`re within 3 miles of three professional sports venues, making Jade Enclave the ideal home base for game weekends with a group.
Parking & Getting Around
Two dedicated off-street parking spaces are included at no charge. If your group is arriving with additional vehicles, free street parking is available nearby and we provide complimentary street parking passes for all guests. The nearest bus stop is 0.2 miles away and the nearest Metro station is 1 mile — making car-free exploration of the city straightforward.
Good to Know
Jade Enclave is a fully private rental — your group has exclusive access to the entire property for the duration of your stay. We are available by call, text, or message throughout and will make sure your group has everything it needs from arrival to checkout. A fully refundable security hold will be authorized within 5 days of arrival and released within 48 hours of checkout inspection.
