The unit itself was clean and beautifully decorated. Water pressure was terrible for showering. Phone service was extremely limited, as it’s in an area that’s a little more remote. Customer service from the property management company was the worst I’ve EVER encountered in the industry. For that reason I will never stay at Freedom Vacation rentals again. There are many other properties with much better customer service, amenities, and location. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
