Spotty service. Some excellent staff, and several that were rude and/or ignorant. Several could not even tell me where the ballroom of my conference was; one even told me emphatically that it didn’t exist. Breakfast in the sit down restaurant had such terrible service that I vowed not to go back again.

The pool area and actually most of the hotel is cold..pool water was warm and cloudy and the Hot tub was 95 degrees so not Hot. The room was fine but the bed was Hard with subpar linens..we had dinner at the very expensive steak house.. Olde Hickory. It was horrible and they even sat us in a dining room with no heat at all and said they were working on it..I sent back my Steak 3 times before losing my appetite..the next day we had the same entrees at a restaurant off the property and it was amazing. So if in the area that restaurant is a short walk and it is called The Walrus. I think if I go back to the area I will try the Westin next time.

The room was clean but I expected something more luxurious! I guess I got the price/room I paid for. What was nice and different was our room was facing the inside of the Gaylord and we had a little balcony where you could open the door and be inside the atrium overlooking propolr walking around

It was nice but a bit dated & the spa services leave much to be desired. The spa manager was very nice & accommodating to the inconvenience of my massage therapist not being available for my scheduled appt, but it was still unacceptable to wait around an hr and 1/2 for her, and still had to come back hours later ase she wasn’t there still. Then the therapist wasn’t that great.

Currently on our second day with NO HOT WATER, which has been extremely difficult especially since we have the kids here for ICE ft Polar Express. The phone only works in speaker mode. There’s is also a loud central air vent right by out bed that must have something in it making it rattle constantly. For what we’ve paid, we at least expected the basics to be in order. Definitely made our holiday vacation memorable but not in ways we expected.
