Overnight layover stay

Employees were really nice, room was clean and comfortable. The hotel itself had a handful of dining options around the way and even an arcade across the street. They held our luggage after check out until we were ready to leave.

There is construction on the road in front so took me 2 tries to get into the parking lot. But- the kind, pleasant, quick and helpful front desk lady made me forget that I was annoyed. Rooms, lobby, elevator and halls are all very clean and well maintained. I’d recommend!

What is that noise?

It was quick and easy to check in. The room and bathroom were clean. However when anyone took a shower on mt floor, the pipes made a loud noise. At first I didn't know what it was. I was on a zoom meeting and had to mute myself. Then when I went to use the shower, it started again. Also one of the elevators was out of order so the wait was extra long.

2-night stay. Room 1 - Broken fridge, bed was a rock, then shower went from warm, to room temp, to cool and back and forth throughout the shower, Day 2 moved to another room shower stayed ice cold for 10 minutes and then I just gave up on a shower and checked out.

Front desk could’ve been better, did not state that you had to pay $42 for parking on hotels.com but it is on their actual website so prepare for that, last time I stayed with Hilton was told every stay you’ll get two bottles of water for signing up I did so last time but the second front desk person would not give it to me said it was reserved for certain tiers…. I don’t really care it’s just water but being promised something for signing up and not getting it is misleading. Only stayed for one night hotel was clean and comfortable love that check in was at noon instead of 11.
