Hotel was clean, room was great. Breakfast was pretty good with a nice selection of food. Staff was friendly. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate available 24/7 in the lobby. Parking is NOT included and was a separate charge from the hotel, valet only. It would have been over $200 for 3 nights for our SUV which is insane. we used SpotHero instead, parked in a garage a block away, and paid only $80 for all 3 nights. Do that if you can
Excellent service by the front office staff regarding check in and amenities offered on-site. Plus we took the advice of dining options and those were excellent choices. Overall, this was a centrally located hotel which met our needs!
Deal with front desk staff a number of times - from check-in onwards and they were fantastic! Always helpful and friendly .. really impressed! Havent been that well treated by staff at any hotel in a while .. well done
Parking was awful. No where to park to check in, had to double park on busy road and valet wouldn’t even help until you check into the hotel. Parking is $65 per night once they add in the taxes and fees to the already expensive $55 per night. House keeping came at almost 6pm which we thought was quite late.
The property is well maintained and the check in experience was super easy and well handled. Room was spacious md very clean. Super comfortable and enjoy the soft and firm pillow options. The breakfast was sufficient but the downfall was that they ran out of food more than 30 minutes before the breakfast service was supposed to end. Coffee creamers and machines were not filled until the next morning. The entire
