I had high hopes for my stay here, but was disappointed. The room wasn’t as nice as the photos. My balcony chair was missing a cushion and staff told me to just use a pillow (?). I booked this particular room because it had a balcony, so that was frustrating. Also the elevator makes a constant obnoxious beeping sound as if it’s broken. My room was low on towels and toiletries when I checked in. It was extremely loud, day and night. Luckily I’m not a light sleeper. The front desk person seemed annoyed by our presence. Kind of unexpected for what was billed as a high end boutique hotel. The positives: It was in the middle of everything, which made my downtown adventures easier. I recommend you pass on this one. For a lower price, you could stay at the Grand Hyatt in downtown and have much nicer amenities and service.

The property is beautiful and also the location. Parking is just really hard to find. Rooms are really big and the balcony is a plus. I will come back and stay again.
