I specifically paid extra to stay in a unit with a balcony, so it was disappointing to arrive and find that the balcony door was broken and could not be opened.The security code system also felt excessive. The 8-digit codes are required to use the elevator, but by the time you finish entering them, the elevator is already stopping on multiple floors with people getting on and off. It makes the process feel inefficient rather than convenient.The parking garage is quite expensive — 22 for 3–12 hours and 40 overnight. Additionally, we rented an electric vehicle, but unfortunately the EV chargers in the garage were not functioning.Overall, the stay was fine, but there were several inconveniences that impacted the experience.
