The staff was great and helpful! The only con was the a/c unit in the gallery view room. Even when set to on it would turn off and make the room feel stuffy. Besides that I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is nice and staff were friendly but they charge $32 + $5 tax per day as a destination fee, which gets you wifi (should be free), water (should be free), a water bottle (don't want it), 4 pods of hotel room coffee (should be free) and $12 per day to spend at the restaurant (if you don't use it each day you lose it). For 4 days it cost me $148 in destination fees which was the cost of 1 night. I used the $12 on 3 days (3 x 12 = $36) which means I was charged $136 for pod coffee and water. I like the Hotel but the destination fee is a dishonest money grab..

This was a lovely stay. My room was nice and clean. The staff is very friendly. Its walking distance from Union station (about 5mins-7mins). The restaurant has happy hour from 3pm-6pm. I will be returning to stay again. Thank you for a wonderful visit!

What an amazing hotel. I would highly recommend staying here. It’s centrally located to stores and restaurants, it’s very clean and aesthetically appealing. I had a king city view room. It was gorgeous and nicely designed. The day shift valet guys were so friendly and welcoming. The front desk staff Dayshea and Hung were so polite and friendly. They even helped me with an issue that I had unrelated to my hotel stay. I plan on visiting DC again soon and I’ve already decided to stay here.
