Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
No shuttle service when trying to call hotel. Kept going to automated message. Couldn't reach front desk. Refused to compensate for the Taxi ride we had to pay for. Poor front desk staff. Nobody at front desk during a normal check in time. First night we had a musty room. They informed us it was for one night because they didn't have the room we reserved and to check in tomorrow for a new room that we reserved. Went to lobby in the morning and they stated the room wasn't ready. I informed them this is what we were told to do. After looking they found an upgraded room which was nice.
Attempted many time to get some type of compensation for the taxi ride to which none offered. They did give us vouchers for the breakfast for our entire stay. We used it for one breakfast----food was cold and terrible.
I never complain/leave reviews but this was terrible service all the way around.
