not a good experience

The phone on the room was not working, so I had to end up calling from my cell phone so somebody can come up and also there was no hot water. It was something that wasn’t specific with the hotel. It was in the city, but I was with cold water all night. I couldn’t take a shower, it was just a mess. I mean the hotel is beautiful, but I wasn’t happy with that so it wasn’t a good experience for me.

Staff was good hotel was great but at this price point I expected better service from the employees. I like the fact that you can use the spa even though you do not have a service. But the spa is not as good as compared to other high end hotels. It is smaller with less amenities. The staff at the spa were excellent though.

Very friendly and service focused staff. Good location. Room was small and equivalent to a Holiday Inn - definitely not 4 or 5 star. Towels were thin. Prices are very high, e.g $150 for two people for breakfast is exorbitant.
