Great stay in DC

Clean, decently equipped kitchen. Plenty of towels and linens. Comfy bed in the main bedroom, the trundle mattress was comfier than the main twin mattress, which was hard (according to my teenagers.) Games and puzzles in the living room were appreciated as one of our evenings was rainy so we stayed in. Overall a great stay and would not hesitate to book again!

Great find!

Wonderful, safe residential neighborhood with spacious accommodations. Was great to get a sense of the neighborhood of Mt Pleasant in contrast to the city area of DC. Very comfortable location

Nice location near Piney Branch Park. Convenient off street parking with car charger (we plugged in our RAV4 Prime). They need a coffee maker though!

Near Rock Creek Park

This was a very comfortable apartment, comfortable bed, reliable shower, and kitchen. The Wi-Fi was weak and the Tumbler type lock was fussy . Location next to Rock Creek Park was wonderful.

Beautiful, clean with rules and owner lives above

We booked on hotels.com and from the information everything was clean, the owner checked on us multiple times (if you like that ) and they thought of lots of extras like blankets, pillows, coffee, tea, makeup remover, fans for the bedrooms. For cooler days in April the apartment was very hot and didn’t have a way to stop the heat from coming in through the ceiling. Also a lot of rules came after we booked. We planned a very busy few days and we had to take trash bags out to the can, strip the linens off the bed, wash all the dishes and put them away and other odds and ends and I know that’s not much and we weren’t there very much and didn’t make much of a mess but a lot came after we booked and it was a little annoying having to read to make sure we weren’t going to get charged for something after we left. It was also very noisy (they provided ear plugs as a solution) from the owner who lived above us which we didn’t realize until after we booked. Fortunately we had one spot to park in the ally behind the house but we had no way to walk outside the house from the front. Overall very clean, comfortable and the owner was very nice but all the rules came after we booked a non-refundable stay.

Once we figured out where to park in the alley behind the apartment - and we got immediate help from the agent for that - we were all set. Everything else was wonderful. We loved the neighborhood. We took a delightful walk through a section of Rock Creek Park to the National Cathedral.
