I would like to share my concerns about my recent stay. Unfortunately, several issues made the experience disappointing:
• Your website was not updated regarding the pool closure. We booked assuming it was open, but upon arrival, we discovered it was closed.
• We could not check in until 6:00 PM, which was very inconvenient.
• After check-in, the coffee machine was not working, and the Wi-Fi was also unavailable.
• I even received an email stating the pool would be fixed earlier in August, but it was still not resolved during our stay.
Overall, this was not the level of customer service we expected. I kindly ask that you address these issues and consider some form of compensation for the inconvenience.
