this was the worst experiance ever, carried our luggage up to room ( dodging all sorts of cluuter and vaccums in hallwaay) only to find the room ocupied, so back down we wwnt ,to put things back into the car,,finally got front desk to figure it out and give us another room,,,, when we went for breakfast,(only people in restaurant besides tge 3 guys at bar swilling beers at 1030 in the morning,,didnt feel so comfortable in that atmosphere,, when we mentioned the check in debacle to morning front desk lady, i though i might get a sorry, or maybe a free breakfat,, but nope instead she interruptedcmy breakfast with a sticky note wanting me to email owner to get approval,,lol,lol, she should also find some clotges that fit as she stood there at my breafast tablecwith her fly open,,,,oh so professional,,,,,first and last stay at this dump,,i counted5 ant traps in the room,,these people were obvioisly note prepared to becopen or offer rooms to the public

The deluxe king room had no windows you could open except for a 12x12" window which as joke. The picture window was dirty an foggy. Couldn't see the mountains. Furniture was worn I recommend staying anywhere but here.

I recently stayed at Waterton Lakes Lodge Resort in a room with a king-size bed. The bed itself was very comfortable and made for a restful sleep after a long day exploring the park. The room was cozy, and I really appreciated the fireplace—it added a nice touch. However, there were a couple of issues that took away from the experience. The jetted tub wasn’t working properly, which was disappointing since I was looking forward to using it. Also, the window blinds were broken, so I didn’t have much privacy or control over the lighting. These maintenance issues made the room feel a bit neglected. Overall, the location is great and the bed was excellent, but the room could definitely use some attention to detail.

The toilet seemed to back up. The curtains don’t close very well. The microwave didn’t work until we changed sockets. Ants in the room.

Very beautiful property and very close to lake. Due to certain circumstances we had to cut out trip short and they did not charge us for the night we cut short. Very professional staff and very generous people. Highly recommend staying here!
