Room is very modern with nice lighting and computer hookups. Beds are very comfortable. Floors were lovely but dirty. Made my white sox black. Shower was clean.

Convenient to shopping malls and Colby college, but very noisy from the highway. Putting coffee makers in the rooms and not so thin towels would be helpful.

We stayed recently and thought it was odd to have the sink outside the bathroom and no tub ! Happily, we were accommodated for our heater to go wrong (cold room) but they surely accommodated us immediately. Over all clean and friendly nice staff

Sub-par breakfast, but modern room

Aside from breakfast offerings and being hard to pull out of parking lot due to traffic it was terrific. Comfy beds, high end shampoo and soap provided which surprised me a little and overall nice modern room. The breakfast wasn’t really a good one they just had mini cereal boxes and packets of oatmeal which you still have to make yourself, if you like coffee hey had a lot of it

Disappointed to say the least. We had traveled over 3.5 hrs to get here only to find out our room was not paid for after i got a confi3saying that it was. Some sort of glitch processing the payment. The girl atcthe front desk was oatient and professional. I dont know if it was a snafu with the application or my bank. Either way. We gad a very cold Christmas Eve / morning spent in the car because of it. No rest for the weary this trip. We've stayed here before. And may choosexthis location again.

The room was very clean, although it felt sparse. It was an extremely cold night and the weather stripping around the door was not good so there was a cold draft coming through the door. We stuffed what we could around it. The heating unit was fine so the room was warm but that was our only complaint. Manager on duty was very kind and courteous! Others had mentioned a “good breakfast” but it was simply continental so that was a bit disappointing. We went to Governor’s up the road. Overall for an overnight stay it was fine!

Very Clean, but has some issues.

The room was very clean and nice. However, when I went to take a shower at 10pm after being out all day, there were NO BATH TOWELS. There were 2 wash clothes and 2 hand towels. The office was closed, and it was really tooo late to be bothered; the room I was in was located in a separate small building some distance from the office (which I believe was closed anyway). Also, the AC/Heating system is a wall unit located very high. When I walked in the temp was set at 60, and it was in the 20s outside. I had to stand on the only chair, a wobbly desk chair in order to see how to turn up the heat. I almost fell. It might be a good idea to have a step stool for folks who are older and short (I am 5'1"). The regrigerator was off as well, and I couldn't seem to find the dial to turn it on. One more thing; the TV is a Smart TV with no instructions. It was frankly not usable to me.
