Hi where to begin, at the beginning is probably best. At check in we were given a room without a bath which I had booked, but apparently the only rooms that have a bath are family rooms and not the superior room which we booked. After a little negotiation the helpful receptionist did move us to a family room which are the only rooms with a bath, which is not made clear on the website room details.Unfortunately after a couple of hours in our new room we noticed that the room was becoming colder, after calling Reception they sent maintenance to come and fix the Air conditioning which was not working properly. In the morning we went down for for Breakfast at 9-20am (breakfast is served until 10) We were made to feel uncomfortable by the staff hovering around and informing us they were making up tables ready for Lunchtime !! All in all very disappointing
