Clean, fairly nice rooms! HOWEVER, there were homeless looking people all over around it. It appears they rent by the month too, because there were people who only owned bicycles living there. Most of the vehicles were beaten up and rusty from the 1990's. They make you pay $50 deposit in cash (for instant refund) or you have to wait for it to be returned on your card (a bunch of baloney, especially what if we were on a tight travel budget. Then I had to wait for them to leave, go check the room, and come back to get my money back. They said breakfast times, but you had to pay $1.75 for each waffle you ate. I was concerned about our car all night as there were homeless looking people sitting around it! There was a BBQ grill in the middle of the parking lot. I would recommend go somewhere else, but if all is booked, it would be OK.

Great place to stay if your passing through the rooms are clean,water in shower hot, wifi good, lots of channels to chose from, small fridge and microwave, super nice front desk staff, good price, lots of places nearby for food and stores

Loud room

The walls are very thin and I could hear people talking in the next room. They were not loud or anything. I did call at 1100 pm because someone was playing loud music and it did stop within 5 minutes as they went to talk to them. So that was good. I do guess you get what you pay for. The room was clean. No coffee maker in room, none available until 6:00 am. Luckily I always bring my own instant Starbucks in case the coffee is bad and used a cup in my car to heat up water in the microwave. Very nice that there was a fridge and microwave

Our deluxe suite lacked towel racks and no in room coffee/tea service. The bed was adequate, but we had to ask to get second pillows. The rooms were not sound insulated and we heard noises from next door and from outside.

The place wasnt clean at all and the property was shady. We checked in, got to the room and checked right back out. I hope i get a full refund. I shouldn't have to pay full price for 30 minutes. I asked at the front desk about a refund. They were supposed to call me back and never did.
