This beautiful, newly renovated house is on a quiet street at the base of Granite Peak Ski Mountain.

The spacious layout accommodates up to 7 guests with a mix of king, queen and twin beds for families and groups. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped for aprés ski meals and morning coffee gatherings.

There are three bedrooms on the main floor with a full bathroom. Another full bathroom and laundry room are located in the lower floor. Preparing meals is easy with an open floor plan in the kitchen, dining and living area, offering plenty of room for all to gather together. Ample parking is provided in the two car garage and in the driveway.

It's just minutes to the Nine Mile State Park for cross-country skiing or snowshoeing. Downtown Wausau's restaurants, shops and cozy wine bars are just a short drive away.

What a wonderful property! Sleek and clean. Kitchen was well equipped with great appliances. It rained for part of our stay and it was wonderful to pull into a warm, dry garage. The location was perfect in a nice established, quiet neighborhood. If you're there to go skiing, you can't get much closer to Rib Mountain. Also very close to restaurants and shopping. All in all, a great stay!
