Welcome to Waipipi Beach Retreat. We are the proud new owners of this amazing property. Having personally booked it out as a family over the years, we loved it so much we decided to buy it! We know how amazing this place is and we can't wait to share it with you. Think of sunsets from the hot tub, kayaking, bomb competitions into the lake, fishing from the beach, catch some waves and quiet evenings by the outdoor fire pit. Either stay in and chill or get out and about and enjoy what this amazing small town has to offer: *Waverley Golf Club a short 6.5km away *The new Hind Quarters Cafe and Bar only 10.5km up the road *New and impeccably stocked Four Square across the road from Hind Quarters (10.5km from Waipipi Beach Retreat) This is the ultimate place to relax, recharge, connect with nature with a wee taste of luxury. You will never want to leave!!

A tranquil spot for a relaxing weekend - plenty of space inside and out. Good kitchen facilities so you can actually cook not just heat up in the microwave.Short walk to the beach with no footprints only our own! Access to the lake for a dip then warm up in the spa. The jetty with bar was perfect for aperitivo. Close enough to Waverley township but far away from the rush of life.

Absolutely loved our stay. Although the weather didn't play ball, it was an amazing place to hole up in for the weekend. The hosts have thought of everything and we felt very welcomed. Will definitely be back!

This is a great little holiday home with an amazing view and everything you need to make it feel like home. We had a very relaxing stay and enjoyed watching the sunset from the spa pool. But it was the little things that counted: the lovely snacks waiting for us after arriving in a howling storm, lots of towels, lovely liquid soaps, board games and throws: it felt like home. We will definitely be back.

This bach was fully equipped for a holiday getaway. Everything you would need for a family holiday including spa pool, kayaks, fire pit, modern house etc. The location was the greatest asset with views over the nearby lake and the beach is just a short walk. We had the most amazing sunsets while soaking in the spa. The hosts were super helpful and would definitely recommend this place to others.

It was a beautiful place and the check-in instructions were clear and simple. One thing that would make this place more comfortable would be better furniture. Chairs and couches were uncomfortable and not in great condition. Additionally the lack of a dryer made washing clothing challenging when it was raining outside.

Property was exactly as described. Very neat, clean and tidy. Comfortable beds, nice bed linens. Plenty of towels, good bathroom toiletries. The kitchen was very well equipped, there are lots of games and DVD's, noting; the TV is ChromeCast but works well with Moble or Laptop. The views are excellent, good cliff walks but keep your dog on an extended lead as they are not fenced. Great beach to exercise the dog too. Section is fully fenced for kids and dogs. Very quiet in the evenings, and people around were very friendly.Did not use the Spa pool so can't comment on that. We had one day of horrendous rain but the bach was cozy and warm so didn't spoil our fun. Waverley is close for shopping and a nice cafe where you can take your dog inside. Take your own dog bed/blanket/towel/bowls. Would recommend this lovely bach.

Lovely quiet, comfortable house with great views. Had everything needed and much more! The dogs loved our stay, especially the nearly deserted beach. Kate was excellent to deal with and responded promptly to my queries. Really appreciated being able to bring the two dogs and would love to stay here again.

Great property for a weekend gateway; safe for the kids to run around the fenced garden area. Hosts also left a cute little basket of snacks, which was a nice touch. I would definitely recommend as a family friendly get away.
