Welcome to Waipipi Beach Retreat. We are the proud new owners of this amazing property. Having personally booked it out as a family over the years, we loved it so much we decided to buy it! We know how amazing this place is and we can't wait to share it with you. Think of sunsets from the hot tub, kayaking, bomb competitions into the lake, fishing from the beach, catch some waves and quiet evenings by the outdoor fire pit. Either stay in and chill or get out and about and enjoy what this amazing small town has to offer: *Waverley Golf Club a short 6.5km away *The new Hind Quarters Cafe and Bar only 10.5km up the road *New and impeccably stocked Four Square across the road from Hind Quarters (10.5km from Waipipi Beach Retreat) This is the ultimate place to relax, recharge, connect with nature with a wee taste of luxury. You will never want to leave!!

A slice of paradise! Beautiful spot to soak up some sun and enjoy the peace and quiet. Super clean and well presented, comfy beds. So close to the beach! Fossils were amazing

Property was exactly as described. Very neat, clean and tidy. Comfortable beds, nice bed linens. Plenty of towels, good bathroom toiletries. The kitchen was very well equipped, there are lots of games and DVD's, noting; the TV is ChromeCast but works well with Moble or Laptop. The views are excellent, good cliff walks but keep your dog on an extended lead as they are not fenced. Great beach to exercise the dog too. Section is fully fenced for kids and dogs. Very quiet in the evenings, and people around were very friendly.Did not use the Spa pool so can't comment on that. We had one day of horrendous rain but the bach was cozy and warm so didn't spoil our fun. Waverley is close for shopping and a nice cafe where you can take your dog inside. Take your own dog bed/blanket/towel/bowls. Would recommend this lovely bach.

Beach bliss

Lovely quiet, comfortable house with great views. Had everything needed and much more! The dogs loved our stay, especially the nearly deserted beach. Kate was excellent to deal with and responded promptly to my queries. Really appreciated being able to bring the two dogs and would love to stay here again.

Great property for a weekend gateway; safe for the kids to run around the fenced garden area. Hosts also left a cute little basket of snacks, which was a nice touch. I would definitely recommend as a family friendly get away.

Relaxing Getaway with Stunning Scenery

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The home was beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The scenery was simply breathtaking, offering a serene and peaceful atmosphere that made it hard to leave. From the cozy interiors to the well-appointed amenities, every detail was perfect. It truly felt like a home away from home. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would love to return again soon!

We were amazed with the views as we walked in we were sucked up by the beauty of where the home was located. I loved how open it was loved the garden made great memories. The house could use a little clean though there were spider webs dust, also smell from the curtains. When we stayed the weather was not so great with us though so we couldn’t enjoy the fire pitch outside. Overall it was just the best holiday we had in a while.

Everything you need in a wonderful location

A wonderful 4 night stay, we loved every moment! The house is very comfortable with everything we needed and gorgeous views (especially from the spa pool!). So grateful to find such a lovely place that is also dog friendly with plenty of outdoor space. Our dog had the time of her life on the empty beach and we loved it there too, the scenery is spectacular! Totally recommend this place, we would rebook without hesitation. Thank you Kate and Jeremy!

Fantastic property

I almost don’t want to tell you how great this place is because then everyone else will book it out! Absolutely perfect for our romantic weekend away but would also be perfect for kids too - my husband wants to come back with the kids but I don’t want to have to share the spa pool haha
