The price for the room was a great value, but the motel is somewhat old and out-dated. The room was small but very clean. The motel is pet friendly, which was a big reason for choosing it. You can park right in front of your room, the room has good WiFi, a min-fridge, a microwave, and the bath had been modernized and updated. My only complaints are that the beds were sagging and somewhat uncomfortable and there is no breakfast included. What we weren't told however is that there is a muffin and breakfast cakes 'cafe' on the premises where you can buy muffins, sweets, and croissants. I only discovered it when I went to check out in the morning.

Algoma motel was convenient, clean, cute and cozy.The decor was dated but that added to its charm. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. A bonus was that our Bernedoodle was welcome at no extra charge. The homemade muffins were yummy!

There was no breakfast in the morning. The lady mentioned its only muffins and coffee available in their breakfast and it will take around 30mins for muffins to be ready (this was around 8:30 and their breakfast is from 7-9:30am I believe). Not impressed and they should remove "Breakfast included" from their details.
