Too much money, it smells awful, the sheets are too dusty, it's dirty as if it's never been cleaned, it smells very damp, it's bad for the lungs, I get very sore and cough.

The room was small, but very clean and updated. However, there was no coffee in the room or available on the premises. The staff was almost nonexistent. Tried to phone for coffee in the morning and there was no answer. Wawa bar and Grill down the road was excellent.

Good for one night. Not accessible.

Alpha Inn is good for a one-night stay. Travelling with another person, so we wanted a two-bed room. They don’t specify anywhere that all of those rooms are on the second floor. There is no elevator, but the man at the front desk was very helpful and helped my mom get her bag up the stairs. Beds are worn out - can feel the springs when you sit down. Pillows very soft and not very comfortable to sleep on. The doors are relatively cheap and don’t feel very secure. Beware the front stairs if it’s been raining or snowing - it’s like bathroom tiles and slippery when wet. Cheap toiletries, but as expected for a room that was $98 to book. It looks like they have undergone recent renovations, so it was very clean.

Good stay.

Comfortable room, good stay, great value! I have stayed here previously. This time, in the coffee room, the Keurig was out of service (needed jet clean) and there was only Sweet and Low, not any cane or raw sugar packets. I love my coffee before traveling, sigh. Got my coffee at Tim Hortons.
