Features a full kitchen with oven/stove, as well as a microwave, and small countertop area with two bar stools. Small sofa/seating in living area with a recliner also. One bathroom with walk-in ceramic tile shower with bench seating. Enjoy the ambience of the outdoor kitchen/pool area. However, POOL is OFF LIMITS to guests, as well as grills and fire pit. Private use only for owners! Parties, unauthorized guests, and visitors are prohibited, and will result in fines or immediate eviction!
