Disaster

We never received a access code from the property owner. Two days after our scheduled check in date I received a message from the property manager saying he was sorry and new to the rental process.We ended up staying in hotel rooms for the week and I am still trying to get refunded the money I spent to stay. So it maybe a nice place, if you make it in the front door but don't depend on it!
