picked up because we saw shuttle service mentioned. did not have a shuttle available when landing into Houston around 7pm. was told that shuttle wasn't working but would be available in the morning. same - no shuttle in the morning. if you need a free shuttle - don't book this motel.

Checked in the property and bathroom was clogged . Refused to switch rooms , no maintenance, waited over 24 hours to have an operational bathroom . Room smelled terrible , carpets sticky , staff rude and inconsiderate. Breakfast was not what was advertised, no working WiFi .. the only thing good about this place was location, outside of location it was full of transient people, drug dealers , prostitutes, and it was basically an efficiency hotel for transitioning families. The staff outside of the housekeepers who spoke little to no English were absolutely horrible and a nightmare to deal with. The housekeepers were really sweet and tried their best , property manager and associates were terrible. The rooms advertised and the property advertised did not match at all . If I could give 0 stars or -0 stars I would. They honestly don’t even deserve the 1 star. Just a terrible and dirty property all around worse experience and worse booking off Expedia . They should remove this property. It only has a good location.

I really love the soft bed. After all isn't that what we check into a hotel for. We want a good nights or days sleep. Just a quick message to all hotels. Not everyone works a 9-5. Some people do travel work and work at night and need to sleep during the day. So your check and and check our hours dont work for us. If we get off at 7am and have to be at work at 7pm. It doesn't make sense to check in at 3pm only to have to check out right after working all night.

Hotel stated they would provide shuttle service from IAH Airport to hotel if we called them on the day of arrival, but when we called them on the day of, they indicated the shuttle van broke down and we needed to use Uber/cab service and pay out of our own pocket. Carpet had some stains. Room was pretty old. Decent for the price.

Stayed 1 night prior to flight at IAH. This property is in need of major renovations. It is very tired. Internet was slow. TV was ROKU and did not have have many live selections. Having said that, it was relatively clean, the staff was good, it is close to the airport, and it was a good value.

We did not end up staying at this properly though i have not seen a refund at this time. The property was unclean and not suitable for a one year old to stay. The hostes was very nice and tried to be understanding. I will be very dissatisfied if i do not receive the refund as promised.

Comfort Inn East was advertised to have a shuttle. I booked 3 rooms for 3 families and recommended it to a friend. 4 rooms in total. No shuttle to pick us up. Asked if we can be reimbursed for taking Uber, NO. The evening staff was apologetic with the inconvenience and told us to talk to the manager who will be on at 11 pm if she can accommodate our request of earlier shuttle as we were not picked up from the airport, and have a take away breakfast in the morning as our flight is at 4 am. She potted all the notes to turnover to the manager. No sign of the manager at 11 pm except a very rude staff named Ricky when we were checking out at 3:45 am. He said NO shuttle for the next 2 days, and may remove the service altogether and no breakfast to take. I was the third family to checkout and asked if there is a Shuttle available and told me “ I will not repeat it for the third time “. Firstly, each family paid for each room (4). Second, we do not sleep together so we don't know what he said to the other families. Third, he was very rude as he speaks in a tone that is not for a front desk person. Fourth, no apologies or whatsoever to all the inconveniences and extra costs we incurred because of the shuttle issue. Shuttle iservice is one of the reasons why we booked there! Worst experience of all the travelling we had for a long time.

I have never stayed at a hotel or motel that requires a deposit. This one did. It also said it offered airport shuttle in the morning and evening, it did not. It was poorly kept. The Tv in the rooms was not hooked up. Many broken tiles, non functional amenities. I didn’t feel Comfortable taking a shower there.

This property appears to be used as a halfway house or early release facility, or maybe to house homeless. Both keys we were given to our room didn't work, and the lock had damage indicated it had been smashed. There are prominent signs at the check in counter showing the price of everything - alarm clocks, chairs, ironing boards - and when I inquired about this, I was told these items are routinely stolen. We finally got into our room. It smelled funny, and there was an awful lot of yelling in adjacent rooms. The whole place felt quite sketchy. We checked out after about 15 minutes. Would never consider this place again, even in emergency circumstances.
