The staff was excellent Everyone was helpful and courteous always willing to help. In my opinion the entire. hotel needs an upgrade. in my room there was mold in the shower the shower pan was blackish and probably uncleanable. tha carpets in my room were dirty. furniture tips were bubbled with age and need replacing. hall carpet was dirty. the toilet paper is one ply cheapie stuff. .,,, cmon!…., the whole place lacks a neat clean modern vibe

I brought my service animal, called 3x to verify and on the 3rd call I finally got the accurate details. I was also traveling with my elderly mother whom I told the staff needed to be on our floor. When we checked in, the front desk notified us that my originally scheduled room wasn’t able to have dogs so they put us on another floor. No big deal. However, they wouldn’t put my mother on our floor. That was issue 1. Issue 2: we valeted our car and the next day after coming back from walking our dog, we see our vehicle running out front. We clearly didn’t ask them to bring it out and we still had an hour to check out. Issue 3: I’m not sure if it’s related or not, but when we got to our car, the infotainment center was broken. It was fine when we dropped it off but would not turn on when we got it back from the valet.

I love the hotel, the staff is friendly and accommodating, 18th floors river view was stunning, at night especially. The gym and pop are great, water in the lobby is appreciated. The bathroom may need a bit more tidying up, that’s the only thing I could think of. :)
