Wonderful

We stayed for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. The staff were very obliging to ensure our Christmas lunch went to plan. We were glad there was plenty of space in the room, with a clean and tidy hotel that was nicely decorated.

The staff were very welcoming & friendly. The lady at reception saved me a trip to Aldi when I realised I had forgotten my toothbrush by given me a complimentary one. The only downside was the lift was out of order and my room was on the top floor. Luckily, I only had a small suitcase to carry up the 49 winding steps.

Lovely room, very spacious and comfortable bed. Breakfast was nice but no baked beans and bit lacking but okay. Staff very friendly and helpfull. Would stay again as comfortable stay and dog friendly too.

The hotel was exceptional , the rooms were amazing and the food was 5star . The only issue we have is the manner that the head or I presume the head of service in the breakfast restaurant spoke to her staff . She in our view needs to put on a course for man management. I have to say if we had been spoken too the way she addressed her staff we would have walked out . She was the only let down in the whole of the hotel .

Breakfast was fresh and excellent catered for my gluten intolerance. Room was clean. Staff friendly.
