Sent supplies promptly & responded to concerns re: electrical issue.NOT POSITIVE:*couldn’t turn off lights/downstairs bath. Fix delayed due to Christmas/on entire stay.*no fan upstairs bathrm.*hair in drawers/both bathrms.*couch leg at an angle on arrival. Bent bracket. Couldn’t fix*Kitchen condition/disappointing. We left things better than we found. -stove top & oven dirty - used pan w/dirty parchment paper in oven. -inside drawers in kitchen- dirt. Cabinet fronts dirty. -container used cooking oil & residue in cabinet. -silverware & utensils, plates dirty. Had to wash before use. -no oven mitts/hot pads*deck & patio need maintenance. -Seating rusted or falling apart. -Barbeque: old, rusted, dirty – unusable*Yard -back door - locked -only access out front door. -flower boxes - overgrown w/weeds.A nice property w/so many good points & amazing potential. More positives than negatives, needs attention & TLC. Some issues due to previous guests, some omissions/lack of awareness of the host. I recommend the property generally. Hope this helps.
