The unit has free wireless WiFi and Cable. Cottage has an AC and Heating unit as well as a screened in front porch. You are steps away from the seasonal pool and hot-tub (opens May 25, 2025). Conveniently park beside the cottage. This place has a private, outdoor grill. This property also has a playground, basketball court and other outdoor activities. Coin operated washers and dryers available on site. The cottage comes provided with fresh sheets and towels. You'll have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Please be advised that we have an absolutely NO PETS and NO SMOKING policy! You will be subject to a cleaning fee of up to $1,500.00 USD for violating this policy. We need to be respectful to our other guests who may have health issues.
