Located on the desirable leafy Georgian square called The Buttlands in Wells-next-the-Sea, stylish Casamaria seamlessly blends historic features with contemporary comforts, to offer a popular base right in the heart of the bustling little seaside town. With plenty of space for all to spread out, Casamaria suits a variety of groups and families, visiting at any time of year.

On the ground floor, the beautiful sitting room is styled with a rustic seaside feel, making it a welcome retreat to relax in after a day exploring, and the additional snug offers a television and games, meaning there is plenty of space for a group to spread out. The good-sized kitchen features plenty of worktop space and modern appliances for rustling up delicious meals. With a lovely breakfast table at one end, this is a great spot for gathering together in the morning to plan the day ahead. Seating for seven is offered around the table in the dining room, which enjoys view across the attractive Buttlands area. A family bathroom is conveniently located on this floor featuring a bath and seperate shower. A charming sun porch with seating for two guests and a door to the enclosed garden completes this floor.

Upstairs on the first floor, four inviting bedrooms are presented. With views over the Buttlands, the master bedroom hosts a super-king bed, with a king-size bed in bedroom two, and double beds in the further two bedrooms. These rooms are served by a family bathroom with a bath. For when the sun is shining, there is a barbecue provided outside in the enclosed south facing courtyard garden.

Casamaria benefits from easy access to restaurants, pubs, cafes and shops. Two excellent gastropubs, The Crown and The Globe are just a very short walk away.
