Nice cozy sunken living room with fireplace, leather reclining couch. Large kitchen and dining room. Completely renovated with new floors, ceiling, roof, bathroom, laundry room and bathroom. Heat pump provides heating and air conditioning. The back yard is large with a big fire pit for socializing.
