No complaints whatsoever. The countryside view is a little bit funny because it’s in a somewhat industrial area. But you can see the snowy hills, so that’s nice!

The property was very clean. The internet was down as it had been for the past three days. I reserved three rooms. I asked if I could have one of the rooms with two queens but the clerk denied my request. She said the management would not allow that. Breakfast area needs more help. The gentleman was overworked and could not keep up with the guests.

Visited Wenatchee to spend weekend days exploring Leavenworth. The room was on the top floor which was fine, but the extremely slow elevator took a good amount of time if anybody else was using it at the time we needed it. The pool was warm. The hot tub was more like taking a bubble bath because when the jets were on it was evident that it needed service due to the soap suds 4-6” worth on the surface of the water. When unfolding the provided bath towel in the room bathroom, a clump of long human hair was folded in the towel. Lobby staff when notified told me “oh, ok, that’s kind of gross.”I would return, but I would also look at other options for a future stay.
