Room was comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Didn’t like that the WiFi wasn’t included and would’ve had to pay almost $20 a night for it. Breakfast was also NOT included and had to pay $25+ for the buffet thats only available on the weekend. For the amount of money that I was paying, I expected at least a breakfast inclusion.

I've been staying at this hotel since 2016. I love the location, the cleanliness. They've done some upgrades! It's always quiet and comfortable. I miss the complimentary beverage they used to have at the front desk. 1 year was apple cider and it was probably the best apple cider I ever had. :) This place is always my first recommendation for anyone thinking to visit, especially if you're thinking of visiting the Salem events in October.

The staff was friendly and engaged in conversation easily. We had one dinner at the restaurant and it was fabulous - high quality food! When our flight was cancelled and we had to reschedule a day early, the didn’t hesitate to refund us a night for our room. Thank you for your kindness.

The room was clean, nothing special. Dark out curtains are a plus. We could hear when the people from the room above us were using the bathroom, including the flushing. The restaurant is amazing! For the price, I probably would not stay there again.
