The sunny apartment is located in a quiet side street in the 1st. OG of a 4 family house and is fully furnished. The apartment has a south-facing balcony and also has its own free parking space in front of the house.
The completely renovated apartment (autumn 2018) has a daylight bathroom with walk-in rain shower and a new, fully equipped kitchen. The adjacent large room is equipped with a dining table, a lighted living room cabinet with TV and music system, a double bed (140m x 200m), additional sofa bed and a large wardrobe. Of course, towels and bed linen are available. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the apartment.

Very good traffic connection:
Fair and airport in 15 minutes by car.
Esslingen (Historic Old Town) in 10 minutes by car.
To the S-Bahn in 3 minutes by bus (stop about 1 min walk) or in 10 minutes on foot.
Stuttgart in 20 minutes by car.
The A8 motorway in 3 car minutes.

The baker is on the doorstep, as well as the bank. The adjacent fields invite you for a walk and the city center is easily reachable in 5 minutes on foot. Other grocery stores are 3 minutes away by car.

Nette Wohnung für einen Langzeitaufenthalt,. Oberhalb von Wernau gelegen. Parkplatz gehört zur Wohnung dazu.Gute Ausstattung der Wohnung. Leihfahrräder stehen ebenfalls kostenfrei zur Verfügung.

Ich habe mir die Unterkunft für drei Monate angemietet, weil ich beruflich ein Projekt in der Umgebung hatte. Die Unterkunft ist mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet, die man benötigt. Alles sehr zu empfehlen und ich würde sie nochmals anmieten.
