Book West Bank hotels

This hotel is tucked away but when you enter it has lovely gardens, courtyard and the pool is great. The staff are very friendly and looked after us well. A small housekeeping tip gets you some very interesting towel creatures/flowers in your room! We enjoyed the food from the restaurant, which was very reasonably priced. The breakfast was good too. The room itself (we stayed quadruple) was as per the photo and very clean. Beds were comfortable and A/C was good. The location is great. It's less than 5 minutes walk to the ferry to get over to the East bank (10EGP). From there you can either walk or easily catch a Caleche or taxi to Luxor or Karnak temple. Being on the West bank it also means you're closer to the West bank sights. The hotel staff can help organise guides and transport should you want it. Also, we 'only' had to get up to be picked up at 4:30am for our balloon flight, when people on the same flight staying East bank got picked up at 2:30am!) There's a small shop next to the hotel which sold cheap water and snacks. There's also an ATM and pharmacy within a few minutes walk. We didn't try any nearby restaurants as after sightseeing all day it was just too tempting to relax by the pool and order food from the hotel! Only downside is that they only accept cash payments - so I recommend the 'pay now' option when booking. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially at the price it is

Nice clean hotel, with friendly helpful staff. Hotel is close to main temples like Valley of Kings.

The owner greeted us upon entering and made us quite comfortable. Loved that the dinner menu changed daily. The staff was very accommodating. The owner gave us a private tour of the new extension of the hotel. Definitely will be back after the new wing is completed.

The property is gorgeous. Management and staff had me feeling like a VIP. Everyone was attentive and friendly, while maintaining professionalism. If I go back to Luxor, I will definitely stay here again.
