Welcome to CoconutBay102 - the Caribbean Scuba diving and family vacation place of your dreams!


This is our large family's holiday home where we all go to chill, either scuba diving, or just hanging out in the pools, the gardens and the patio and all that tropical Grand Cayman has to offer.


You are welcome to stay too! - As long as you promise to look after the place and respect our home away from home. It's not a poshly refurbished place but it is very comfy and clean with all that you need for a wonderful vacation.


Located on the tropical Grand Cayman Island coast of West Bay, where the best shore diving sites are, this is the perfect place for groups of divers who want to dive from the shore and large families who want a home away from home.

With the mesmerising Caribbean Sea and Cayman Wall literally at the end of the garden, and other stunning shoreline diving spots nearby, it's the best choice for your next scuba diving adventure or a family relax in a safe and cute family environment with lots to do.


Accommodation
Distributed over three floors, with spacious and bright rooms, we can accommodate up to 9 people.
Downstairs:
Fully equipped open plan kitchen with breakfast bar and dining table.
A desk to do computer stuff from.
The Living Room with a large sofa and armchairs along with a new 75 inch 4K TV including cable service with SONOS surround sound.
The patio is equipped with a barbecue and outside dining area that can seat everyone. The patio also has ample space to hang and dry scuba gear and a large chest for water toys and other stuff.
The middle floor:
Consisting of two bedrooms with bathrooms and a landing with a stacked washer/dryer.
The Double Bedroom consists of two queen-size beds, a new 4K TV with SONOS sound and can sleep up to 4 people.
The Master Bedroom has a king-size bed, a new 4K TV with SONOS sound and can sleep up to 2 people.
The top floor:
The Attic Bedroom, the bedroom suite with a king-size bed and a single bed, bathroom and comes with a new 55 inch 4K TV with SONOS surround sound and can sleep up to 3 people.
Coconut Bay Villas Resort
Outside, this seafront community is surrounded by meticulously landscaped grounds, featuring not one, but two swimmingi pools waiting to be enjoyed. There is a dive centre on-site offering shore diving from the resort. To dive just walk down the diver's steps at the end of the garden into the beautiful tropical blue waters. Need to rinse off after a day of diving? No problem! The dive area is fully equipped with all the essentials including a rinse tank, dive benches and an outside fresh water showers. Tank rental is on-site. Equipment rental can be organised through the onsite dive outfit, Stingray Watersports.
Location
Located in the vibrant diver's corner of the West Bay neighbourhood, we're just a minute walk from Cracked Conch Restaurant and Macabuca Tiki Bar, a favourite with tourists and locals alike. There is also a bus route that goes directly past CoconutBay and for only $2 (KYD), it's a very convenient way to explore other parts of our unique island! There is also ample parking onsite for your rental car.
