This was one of the cutest inns we’ve ever stayed at — full of character, charm, and warmth. Small and intimate, yet surprisingly spacious, with so many different rooms and nooks to gather depending on your mood. Whether you want to curl up with a book, play a game, enjoy a cozy fire inside or out, or simply wander around and take it all in, this place has a space for it. Everything was absolutely charming — from the thoughtful details to the inviting atmosphere. Smooth and easy check-in, wonderful hospitality, and the perfect walkable location to the Mt Snow ski resort. Truly a special place we’d love to return to.

Tiny room and thin walls. The outside looks unassuming but the common spaces are nice. We had negative outdoor temperatures of -2F during our visit and the radiator in our room never turned on once. We were freezing in the room. Turning valve on radiators did nothing. Texted the support as there is no staff on site. They told me I texted the wrong number and would have someone reach out. Nobody did. The location is great as it’s right on the Mt Snow resort but you get what you pay for. Wouldn’t stay again

Ability to connect with someone about my reservation was difficult, even at check in you only deal with a counter computer for your room access. The one time I was able to actually reach a live person they provided wrong information resulting in my credit card to be canceled for possible fraudulent charges. The time wanted and stress involved was a major factor in my rating.

Room was clean, staff was courteous. However, it took us sometime to check-in as check-in should be done electronically with instructions in the email or text msg. However, the bathroom sink was badly clogged up and staff was aware of it but still they offered us this room without mentioning the problem with the sink as it was almost unusable, we had to use bathroom in common area. Also, hotel website offers one bedroom suite which we reserved. However, during check in we were told that such room/ does not exist, all rooms are much smaller , either with queen or king size bed. The diff in price between the suite and smaller rooms was about $100 , however were reimbursed about $60. When we called hotel main number, we were told that this suit is for usually for headquarters. So be carefull, do not reserve it or call hotel direct phone to explicitly request it. Location is great, very close to mt Snow Summit skiing lodge and lifts.

Hot tub was awesome. Door needs a way to get back in as it locks and there is no entry. It was 7° and luckily it was a hot tub. Didn’t take long for the care taker to come and let us in

The room was spotless and so were the community areas. There are so many different areas to hang out and every one is comfortable and decorated beautifully. The coffe bar was a huge plus, too!
