This inviting home on a quiet cul-de-sac features a great room for entertaining, formal dining room, outside there's screened porch to enjoy the serene fenced rear yard and a propane grill for your outdoor enjoyment! Outstanding Golf at the Seven Lakes Country Club open to the public! The community offers several lakes for fishing, swimming, kayaking, and paddle boarding. Also a playground, pickle ball and tennis courts. The home features 3 bedrooms, 2 with King Beds and one that can be made out for two twin beds. Two full baths and laundry on site. Gated community, home has parking for 3 or more cars.
