déception total suite un évènement exceptionnel

J'ai déjà contacté ABRITEL à propos de la situation,suite a un depart non prévu de mon séjour professionnel , j ai demandé le remboursement des nuitées non consommées. J ai eu un retour négatif sans geste commercial de la part de l'hôte.J ai fais confiance a ABRITEL et je ne recommandera en aucun cas de vous choisir pour partir serein.
