Compare Hotels with Parking in West Okoboji

The hotel has really gone downhill, the rooms aren't clean, they smell like they sprayed febreeze everywhere to cover something up, we got a room with a jacuzzi tub and when we got in the room, the handle to the tub was just laying on the side of tub, and staff acted completely surprised when we told them. We went to the restaurant/bar to have supper and a drink, only to find out they had lost their liquor license. The towels were stained, the carpet was stained, and the rooms were bare minimum for amenities.We paid for a room with a golf view, and it was literally just a patch of grass in the back of the hotel.

I loved that refreshments were available 24/7; as I knew I wouldn’t make it down for breakfast so picked up a muffin/yogurt the night before! I had wished there was a blanket in the room as I chill easily! I couldn’t get the coffeemaker to work as I’m not use to that kind! Staff was excellent; facility was quiet! Thanks

very clean well kept

This is a nice quiet and relaxing place to stay for a great price, we really enjoyed our stay! The room was clean, the gentleman at the front desk was very helpful getting us rooms side by side for our kids to be close, hot tub is huge and was a hit in the evening. Breakfast had great variety for a relatively small space to work with. I would recommend, and go back again. I gave 4 stars for cleanliness only because I noticed the stairs were kind of needing a vacuum. Otherwise everything else was great! Thank you!

Very comfortable, All the neighbors were friendly, close to activities like Arnold Park and the Iowa rock 'n' roll Museum, and the roof garden. I would highly recommend this cozy house. Jackie was very responsive to messages and calls. Thank you very much for a great stay.
