Perfect place to stay in West Palm Beach

Perfect location with a great restaurant only a couple minutes walk away by the waterfront. There were free bikes so we could cycle to the Beach. Beautiful modern spacious rooms. All the staff were very friendly. The valet assistant was lovely. Only negative point, make sure you check your account as someone obviously was using our room number. The very helpful and professional reception staff sorted this though without a fuss. Would definitely stay again.

This was our 4th stay at the property since they opened 3 years ago. What we did not like this time was that the room we were given this time did not have a full kitchen and the minor requests we had for 2 dishes, cutlery for two, an iron and a roll of toilet paper were promised and never fulfilled. We do not ask twice. prices have more than doubled too. The fact that we have come for a 4th consecutive year does not seem to matter. Still, for us, the proximity to PBI airport and the walkability to Palm Beach and downtown WPB was the most important factor.

Overall, the property is nice, but our experience was far from perfect. We were initially placed in a room that had no closet or anywhere to hang clothes—just a bed with no additional seating. It’s shocking that the hotel even considers this a viable room for guests. Thankfully, the staff was very kind and moved us to another room, but this should never have been an issue in the first place. Additionally, the hotel appeared to be short-staffed. Housekeeping did not service our room the following day, and we had to remind them the next day to ensure it was cleaned. While the staff was pleasant, the lack of proper upkeep and the initial room assignment left us disappointed. We expected a much better experience for the price.

The hotel is also for living, it is very well located, it has very convenient market and coffee shop. Our room I think was yet not still fully furnished a table and a chair were missing and a Chair in the v Balcony, the othe lofts had them. But the bed was very comfortable and the parking lot and amenities nearby were worth it. It is very clean and convenient!

the room was not good - the closet /storage for clothes was in the bathroom - there was not hot water in the sink cleaning came 9:00 on a Saturday morning - there was one person at the front desk there was always a few people waiting to get information or needs from the front desk - the elevator was very very slow and other guests were also annoyed
