First yime Visit was Amazing

AKA Horel was an amazing experience with a beauty property that was meticulously cleaned to the warm and kind staff.I especially want to mention the two Michaels. One the front desk Michael that greetef us to a room upgrade and a cool margarita upon our check in. The other Michael drove us around town in this cute electric car. No uber needed. Needless to say we will be back !!

Not bad but not great

Pretty but if it is not a deal then not worth the cost. Ate at the Resteraunt - way overpriced. Day valet did not know how to drive a stick shift so I had to get my car myself. 45 dollar parking fee is not included in the stay. No real other option for parking. The rooms look like converted studio apartments. Agree they need blackout curtains - super bright in the room in the AM. Could use with some door softening as they close loud. Vents carry sound. Room was clean and inviting though. Was unclear about if the food in the room (branded candy etc.) was free or charged for - maybe a tiny placard could help? Nice pool and workout room.

Nice Boutique Hotel

The housekeeper lied about our Do Not Disturb sign being placed on door therefore the room was not cleaned nor towels changed. Completely untrue. But, after speaking with management at least towels were brought to our room.
