Everything was as described. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back. The location is perfect. Easy to get anywhere. The neighborhood is quite and peaceful. The beds were absolutely wonderful. The amount of seating inside and outside was plentiful.

Overall this was a good house and perfect for entertaining, however it wasn’t great. When we first arrived the garbage was already full and left us nowhere to put any garbage. Things from previous rental were left behind and the floors were very dirty. Host takes a very long time to respond and the hot tub did not work at all during our entire stay even after the host said she would send someone to fix it. The kitchen pots had bugs in them and one of the showers leaks very bad. However, the house is in a perfect location and the backyard is great.

We stayed here as a family of 6 for 6 nights in Nov 2025. The main reason we chose this house when visiting over staying closer to the family we were visiting was due to the hot tub. We love coming home after a day out and enjoying a hot tub.Needless to say, the hot tub didn't get hotter than 83 degrees. We went back and forth with the host about this and she gave us the run around until finally towards the end of our stay sent someone out who learned parts were needed to make the hot tub at hot tub temperatures. This is really unacceptable.The home was ok in and of itself but it was a bit dirty & worn down such as dirt in the kitchen cabinets and stains on the comforters. The host was responsive for a while but stopped replying completely. She even was unresponive the times VRBO reached out to her.We would not recommend this home unless these things get fixed.

We loved this home! It had everything we needed and the amenities were exactly as pictured! The pool/hot tub were amazing, and the pool floats, extra beach towels and large TV were great! We loved the grill and outdoor dining area! Short drive to downtown Palm Beach/beach access! We hope to be back!

Cozy home in a quiet neighborhood

My sisters and I took our Mom on vacation to celebrate her 90th birthday. We loved the property, especially the hot tub and pool. Having everything on one floor was perfect for our Mom. Cassie, our host, was awesome. She responded quickly to any question we had. There were sideways which were nice for my morning walk, and we were just a short drive to downtown.

The house is true to the description. There is plenty of room for 8people to sleep comfortably. The pool and hot tub are amazing. Back yard is big and private. Location is close to a variety of restaurants. The house is very spacious. You can’t go wrong by staying at this house

Amazing place on lake Patrick

We’ve had an amazing 3 week stay over Christmas and new year, Cassie our host was super responsive through booking and check in. The house was clean with some amenities to get you going. Massive back yard down to your own private dock to fish from but for us the best part was the heated pool and jacuzzis to chill after days fishing with our good friend swamp to sea. Neighbourhoods nice and quite close to all the shops and beach too. Would definitely recommend to anyone and hope to be back soon.

A perfect Summer stay

A group of us stayed at the house and that includes a few kids and a dog and we all had a such an incredible time. We grilled almost at every meal and either ate at the dining table inside or the one outside and enjoyed meals al fresco.The pool was the highlight of the whole stay, of course. We had really hot days so the pool was the perfect way to cool off and enjoyed the jacuzzi as well and definitely a favorite for the kids. Our dog absolutely loved running around the HUGE yard, he definitely made himself at home! Hah! We even did some fishing since the kids have never really experienced it so that was super cool. We had everything we absolutely needed and if we had any hiccups or questions, the host was always available to us. We 100% plan to come back!!!
