There is a driveway where you can park your vehicle.

☛ Please let me know in advance or during your stay if you would like to have the pool heated and for temperature settings.

☛ We allow pets for a one-time fee of $100 per pet. Please disclose how many pets you`re bringing after booking, as any undisclosed pets will incur a $300 fee, on top of any cleaning and/or damage fees.

☛ Cancellations 30 days before arrival is eligible to 96% refund
*Payment processor retains the 4% transaction fees and does not include them when a refund is issued.

☛ Cancellations 14 days before arrival is eligible to 50% refund.

**Reservation inquires of over 30 nights may be subject to signing a contract or waiver with the homeowner for liability and legality reasons; we will reach out with more information if applicable**
☛ MINIMUM AGE IS 24

☛ After booking, you`ll need to fill out a short CHECK-IN FORM to get your door code. We also recommend reading all the disclaimer that comes together with the check in form for your safety.

☛ Bringing undisclosed pet will incur a $300 fee, on top of any additional cleaning and/or damage fees incurred

☛ Guest does not have control of heated pool. Contact us regarding heated pool for temperature setting during your stay.

☛ Guest will be charged an additional fee of $100 for failing to take out the trash.

☛ Trash Collection Days: Tuesday & Friday mornings.
*Please pull the bins back up to the house after collection. Leaving them on the street could result in a fine from public works that you`ll need to cover, along with any associated charges

☛ Pool Cleaning occurs every Tuesday.

☛ PLEASE CLEAN GRILL AFTER USE; Guest will be charged $50 if grill is not left in the condition it was in at check-in.

☛ Guest will be charged an additional fee of $500 for smoking in the house.

☛ Tampering of outdoor security cameras will be charged $500 fine.

☛ A $500 fee will be collected if any illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia are found in the property following your checkout, on top of any additional cleaning or damage fees.

☛ For every 15 minutes beyond the agreed-upon checkout time that the guest remains on the property, a fee of $50 will be charged to the guest.


Host/property owner are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.


GUEST OBLIGATIONS: REPORTING UNCLEANINESS OR DAMAGES WITHIN 2 HOURS OF CHECK-IN: When you reserve and/or book your stay (as applicable), you understand and expressly agree that you will have 2 hours from the time of your check-in to report any uncleanliness issues or damages present in the home or on the property upon your arrival. Any such issues must be reported to the Host in writing and accompanied with timestamped photos of the reported issue. You also understand and expressly agree that if you fail to report any uncleanliness issues or damages accompanied by timestamped photos within this 2-hour window: (1) you will be deemed to have accepted the home and property’s condition at the time of your check-in, and (2) you will then be responsible for full payment of any damages or excessive cleaning required beyond the normal post-stay cleaning process, and (3) Host will be entitled to recoup payment from you for any corresponding charges that may apply. BY PROCEEDING WITH YOUR RESERVATION AND/OR BOOKING, AS APPLICABLE, YOU ACCEPT AND EXPRESSLY AGREE TO THESE TERMS.

SWIMMING POOL LIABILITY WAIVER BY GUEST. By booking/reserving this property, Guest understands and acknowledges the following: 1) there is no lifeguard or other attendant on duty at any time for the pool or the surrounding pool area, 2) there is an inherent risk with swimming in the pool, playing in or around the pool area, and entertaining in the pool or its surrounding area, 3) children, people with disabilities, elders and pets should never be left unattended in, near, or around the pool and should always be supervised, and 4) no broken glass or other harmful objects or items are to be left in, around, or near the pool or its surrounding area. GUEST FURTHER UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT GUEST IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR AND ASSUMES ALL LIABILITY OF EVERY KIND FROM USE OF THE POOL AND THE SURROUNDING POOL AREA BY GUEST, GUEST’S FAMILY (IF ANY), GUEST’S PETS (IF ANY) AND ANY GUESTS OF GUEST DURING GUEST’S STAY AT THE PROPERTY. If you do not agree to this waiver of liability, please do not book/reserve this property.
