Everything was great, except u can literally hear everything that goes on in the parking lot. I don't know if it's lack if insulation or whatever but the constant car beebs (everytime some went to their car) and any conversation I felt like I was right there! Maybe stay upstairs... My only critique! But ovwrall a great place, clean, modern, well appointed for price point! Enjoyed the outdoor lawn sitting area, moved one of the lawn chairs to in front of my room. It's located literally in front of bus stops (Palm transit route 1 NB & SB) if that matters to you. I will come back soon & ask for upstairs room. Will update review then!

Great stay at Jaxon. Only thing I would recommend is to have curtains from the sun beaming into the room. And parking was good until my last stay, had to park in handicapped spot. Great communication with the owners. And every clean room, def would stay there again

I have never stayed at a hotel where they did not have a front desk. I scanned a QR code to check in and I did speak to someone on the telephone, but the only worker I saw there was the cleaning lady outside when I was checking out. My room was clean and adequate. The little kitchen was really nice to have, though I really didn't use it. I only stayed for one night before an early morning scuba dive at Riviera Beach. The bed was confortable and the pillows nice. The bathroom was small but adequate. I think it would be harder if I had to share this bathroom space with someone else. The building is well kept. It looks like a renovated motel. The night I stayed there were other cars but still plenty of parking.

The hotel was acceptable overall, but I would not choose to stay here again. We stayed in Room 2, a two-bedroom suite. While the space itself was fine, there were several issues that impacted our comfort. The beds were extremely soft, to the point of being uncomfortable. The room also received significant light at night from the road-facing windows, and combined with the loud road noise, this made it difficult to sleep. Additionally, the internet connection was very unreliable. We felt the stay reflected what we paid for; however, the experience could be greatly improved with blackout curtains, more reliable Wi-Fi, and firmer mattresses.

The Good: The room itself was amazing for the price, with a nice smart tv, full-size refrigerator and freezer, a small closet, etc. It was pleasantly decorated and very clean. The internet was nice and fast, and the smart tv was an added bonus since I could log in with my own credentials and watch what I wanted. The Bad: No Hot Water: I went to take a shower about 1 and ½ hours before my check out time. I turned the shower handle one way and left it for about 2 minutes, but no hot water. I turned it fully the other direction and did the same, and still no hot water. Let me say my shower was very fast 😊. I would have reported this issue to the front desk, but there is none, so I figured the probability of someone correcting the situation was very low. No Grace for Early Check-In: I arrived earlier than anticipated and at 3:05 pm asked if I could check in early (4pm is the standard check-in). The agent offered to charge an extra $25 to check in 55 minutes early . The price of the room before taxes for my one night stay was $33.51 (~$61 total). I was literally sitting in the parking lot watching the room, and no one entered or left in the time I was there, so it was not that the room was not ready and they needed to pay someone to quickly get it ready. I told the agent this inflexibility would make me be less likely to leave a positive review, but he replied it was a ‘management’ decision due to the rising costs of everything. Really? Why not offer for me to check
