The whole property is yours to enjoy while you're here, including the main house (3 bedrooms with 4 beds and 2.5 bathrooms), backyard and patio, and the separate bedroom/lounge & fitness space with additional single bed. The only off-limits space is my "Owner's Closet," which is locked, and marked so it's easy to identify.

Other things to note
I can't wait to help you have a great visit and will send you a big list of my recommended dining and activities after you book so you can start planning! The Marilyn on Monroe is in a fantastic location just south of downtown West Palm Beach, walkable to dining and famous Antique Row, and super convenient for both the airport and the Brightline train that runs between Miami, Ft Lauderdale and West Palm Beach. Because transportation is nearby, you'll hear some plane and train noise outside, but I have brand new double pane windows, so you rarely hear noise inside the house.

Jenny was very proactive and fast in her communications—as well as providing lots of info about area, restaurants, attractions, etc. Listing is accurate and worked great for our family (2 grandparents, 2 parents and 2 young children). Having a “pack n play” for the 1.5 year old to sleep in was especially helpful. High chair was also available. Backyard was a nice space, too.

The house is beautiful and the location was perfect! The pictures are gorgeous but don't do the decor and size justice. The house is the perfect size for a family reunion or any mid size group. The bed selection provided is great, even with the separate outside unit. So many vacation offerings come down to the rooms and types of beds, so thank you for having one of each for variety.Jenny was a wonderful host by preparing us for the house and the area before we even arrived. She checked on us the day of check-in and was very communicative for any questions we had throughout our stay. The welcome binder was very detailed and provided information on local restuarants. The location is great being maybe 10 minutes from downtown and the beach. As others have noted, it's in the airport flight pattern and near the rail line. But honestly after the first day, you don't notice it. The kids that were with us absolutely loved spotting both. We visted in December over Christmas and the weather was perfect. One jewel of the house is the backyard. It's spacious, gorgeous, and has great activities. We actually ate outside every morning. It was the perfect family trip. We would definitely recommend and will be back whenever our large group is in town.

The house was spotless and very nice. Close to everything we needed. Jenny, the host, was very timely with answers to all of our questions. Staying in that area does subject everyone to the planes and trains, which were a bother the first day and ok after. I would definately stay again.

Beautiful home convenient location

The house was amazing, Jenny did a great job with the design my wife loved it. Jenny was super proactive and helpful and made the entire experience so easy. The location is super convenient and mostly quiet, it is close to the railroad tracks and airport. That being said we would still stay there again without question. I am a cyclist and thought it was neat she had an old bike as part of her decoration in the back yard. Also brought my bike and it was super convenient to get some great sunrise rides in on A1A

Great property

We were in town for the birth of our grandchild. The house was as pictured. Very lovely. However, there was a little more noise than expected, being in a flight pattern of the airport. Also the train track is two doors down, and it runs often. After a few days we were used to the noise. The house is in a great central location to everything. I would book again.

Cute place in a convenient neighborhood. It’s a nice, clean place. Jenny was very easy to communicate with. We had some electrical issues with the house & appliances during our stay that were frustrating & inconvenient. Likely just a fluke and easily remedied. No tv unless you have an account of your own to use.

Great stay in cute clean house

In town for Baseball Spring Training games and beach activities. The house is in a central location for the things we wanted to do. The house was very clean and prepared for our stay. The weather was beautiful, so the outdoor space was great. Communication with the host was outstanding as Jenny was very responsive and accommodating. I would recommend a stay here if it fits with what you are looking for.

Fabulous house and amenities!!!

We loved this house! Beautiful inside and back yard, plenty of space, very clean, and included all the small items that made our stay so convenient (coffee, toiletries, beach towels, laundry soap, etc). Only 10 minutes to airport and beach and convention center. Host was easily reachable through the app and also provided a binder of info and local tips. I would stay here again without any hesitation.

What a place to stay!

My family and I came into celebrate a birthday and all collectively enjoyed our stay at the Marilyn! It was such a beautiful home. The owner was on stand-by for any and all of our needs but we never needed her. It was such a seamless stay I almost forgot we were in a Vrbo. My mom loved the place so much she watered the plants! I encourage everyone to give them a little water during their stay to keep them alive. We will be back!
